AUTS2 Research Collaborative came to Sing before it existed as a brand, a website or even an established community. No central hub existed for families and researchers navigating AUTS2, a rare genetic condition that affects neurodevelopment.
Sing started with a strategy sprint that defined the organization’s voice and messaging for two very different audiences: families facing a new diagnosis and the scientific community advancing research. I joined for design and built the entire visual system from the ground up. I created the full visual identity, designed a website to serve as the community hub the founder envisioned and built a set of templates so the team could stay on brand well beyond launch day.
This project let me build a brand from nothing for two very different audiences, and the organization raised $75,000 in the first 48 hours after launch.
