Fulton Grace Realty was well known in Chicago as a leasing and property management company, but they wanted to be known for their brokers and sales department too. I developed the “We Sell” campaign to put that side of the business in front of the city.
I took it from concept to print. I developed the idea, designed every piece and prepared all production files myself, including print prep for each format. The campaign ran on billboards around Chicago, as window decals at three offices, and as social media graphics and videos.
